These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, bookings, workshops, catering services, and agreements with Tahini Bakery, based in Antwerp, Belgium.
By making a booking or placing an order, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Quotes and bookings
All quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless stated otherwise.
A booking is confirmed once it has been agreed in writing (by email) and, where applicable, after receipt of a deposit.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros (€).
Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT.
Any additional costs (such as delivery, extra hours, or special requests) will be communicated in advance.
3. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in case of late or non-payment.
4. Cancellation by the client
Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 14 days before the event: no charge
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total amount
5. Cancellation by Tahini Bakery
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
While we take great care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
7. Liability
Tahini Bakery is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
- force majeure events
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Force majeure
We are not required to fulfil our obligations in the event of force majeure.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: illness, accidents, fire, transport disruptions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
